Mission Statement
To create community and promote business and the arts in Meiners Oaks.
Founded in May, 2009 by Meiners Oaks business owners and community members, we are a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization with an elected Board of Directors. It is our goal to create a place where Meiners Oaks residents, business owners, artists and musicians can come together. We want to foster a sense of connection, support, and safety for all of us who love “MOTown”.
We hold monthly meetings & mingles in Meiners Oaks.
We have sponsored or co-sponsored community events such as the Meiners Oaks Evening Stroll in September, Dia de Los Muertos Celebration in Oct. and the Meiners Oaks Holiday Stroll in Dec. 2009. These successful events featured art, live music, special discounts and sales from businesses, raffles with great prizes, food and fun!
We have created a Map and Directory of Meiners Oaks businesses, artists and services available in the Meiners Oaks area. We are now planning to install a sign at the 5 points intersection, welcoming people to Meiners Oaks.
